The hotel is in a wonderful, relaxing, and remote location. the rooms are airy with a nice design. - the bathroom is spacious.

My room had an electric kettle, central heating, and a work desk. the hotel is old, well-maintained, and very nice.

Very pleasant and amazingly nice staff entire time.

Reasonably good breakfast with good choice of options, exceptional and clean place. Great and lovely setting in the great area, right by the restaurant and many attractions to explore the Highlands😀🙂

The location is particularly good and near lovely gardens, so so many restaurants, shops, all budget hotels, supermarkets, petrol station, and the surrounding areas. It offers very good services and has a satisfactory breakfast choices.

The breakfasts with generous portions. Stunning location in the beautiful Scottish Highlands, and 15 minute walk from Castle Roy.

The breakfast was good, with a selection of orange juice, tea, coffee, and toast available.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The outlook from the hotel was very nice. We would come back if I got a ground floor room.

The only complaint I had was that I found the stairs hard and I had problems with the evening menu. The menu wasn't varied enough.

This place has a beautiful building with modern rooms overlooking the garden and serves a hearty breakfast.

The rooms here are nicely kept and provide a cozy feeling with a view of the garden.

Stayed here for 1 night with my kids, had a very relaxing stay. Efficient and helpful staff who were always there to help. The food was outstanding and brilliant, I enjoyed it. the staff were efficient and always available to assist us. the food at the hotel was outstanding and I truly enjoyed every bite.

Good sized and recently refurbished room with a nice decor. Lovely view of the lovely gardens opposite. - Amazing and fantastic location in Nethy Bridge, near the bridge, restaurants, shops, all budget hotels, supermarkets.

The staff were very helpful and very friendly. The location was perfect for traveling around the region and I think you should make more of your location.

The furnishings felt tired.....the hotel looked as if it could have commanded a 4/5 star rating in recent years..but I understand the costs to upgrade are prohibitive. I also thought the glass doors needed a good clean - but everything else was very clean! I was with a friend in a wheelchair, I had asked for a room with disabled facilities in the bathroom...but we were put on the second floor and the shower was over the bath and there were no hand rails in the bath so she couldn't shower. That was disappointing but because we were a late booking I felt it wasn't fair to complain. The small lift was very good but quite far from her room and the carpets were hard for her to negotiate.

We stayed at this hotel as we were attending Thunder in the Glen in Aviemore. The hotel served our needs exceptionally well. Rooms huge, bathroon huge. Bed the most comfortable I've slept in for a while. Breakfast was lovely with a nice selection of foods.
